About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Coco Rosette store or place an order. They do not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies where you live.

Orders and made-to-order items

Coco Rosette pieces are made to order. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Where you select Custom size, you are responsible for providing Chest, Body length, and Neck circumference measurements in centimetres.

Prices and delivery

Prices and delivery charges are shown in pounds sterling at checkout. Delivery is governed by our Delivery policy. International orders may have destination-country import charges as explained in that policy.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy explains the process for cancellations, returns, damaged items, incorrect items, and other non-conforming items.

Store use

Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access information that is not intended for you. We may update the store and these terms as our business develops.
