Terms of service
About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Coco Rosette store or place an order. They do not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies where you live.
Delivery regions and local rights
We accept delivery orders for the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and all 27 European Union member states, as described in our Delivery policy. Mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live remain available, including Canadian provincial or territorial protections and UK/EU cancellation and conformity rights. Our voluntary cancellation, return and Custom size conditions do not override those protections.
Orders and made-to-order items
Coco Rosette pieces are made to order. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Where you select Custom size, you are responsible for providing Chest, Body length, and Neck circumference measurements in centimetres. Request voluntary changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order and before production begins. These limits apply without limiting a mandatory right that applies where you live: UK and EU customers may cancel eligible standard-size orders before delivery and during the statutory withdrawal period, even after production starts. Our Return and refund policy gives the full cancellation and return terms.
Prices and delivery
Product prices and delivery charges are shown in the currency displayed for your selected market. The final amount and currency are confirmed at checkout. Delivery is governed by our Delivery policy. International orders may have destination-country import charges as explained in that policy.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and refund policy explains the process for cancellations, returns, damaged items, incorrect items, and other non-conforming items.
Store use
Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access information that is not intended for you. We may update the store and these terms as our business develops.
