Is each item made to order?

Yes. Every Coco Rosette piece is made to order. Estimated delivery: around 4–5 weeks. Your delivery dates are shown at checkout.

How do I choose a size?

Use the size table on the product page and measure Chest, Body length, and Neck circumference in centimetres.

Can I order a Custom size?

Where available, select Custom size on the product page and enter the three required measurements. Custom size prices are shown when you select that option on the product page. Our GBP base price is £15 more than the matching smallest standard size; the amount in another currency may differ after conversion and rounding.

How should I care for my item?

Follow the care information on the product page and the Care guide, as instructions vary by design.

Where do you deliver?

We dispatch from the United Kingdom and deliver to the UK, Canada, the United States and all 27 EU member states. Available delivery options and charges are shown for your address at checkout.

How much is delivery?

Our GBP base rates are £6 for UK orders below £50, free UK delivery from £50, £15 per order to EU destinations, and £28 per order to Canada or the United States. Conversion to your selected checkout currency is shown at checkout. See our Delivery policy for delivery and import-charge information.

Which return policy applies to my country?
